Rest is as important as working out. If you want to look and feel your best, you will need to get some rest. Lack of sleep can make you feel less motivated and your fitness journey can feel like something you HAVE to do, not something you WANT to do. So, get some sleep, take some rest and your body will thank you.

A fitness journey can be fun too! Do you like to dance? Take a dance class! Do you like to be outside? Try tennis, basketball or running! It’s up to you! Remember it is YOUR fitness journey so do what feels right for you, not for others.
