TLC started in July, 2020 for the purpose of “bringing together engaged communities”.
Our mandate is to make the world a better place by bringing together and engaging unique, niche communities to advocate for specific benevolent interests and causes.  Our apps give these communities a space to discuss, interact, and explore their specific cause or areas of interest.
